A 28-year-old man faced felony charges Monday after Miami police accused him of stealing 23 bottles of liquor valued at more than $2,110 from a restaurant in downtown Miami.

Officers went to Aston Martin Residences on Saturday, shortly after 5:55 p.m., to review security video, according to an arrest report. The footage showed Victor Montesinos entering the employee-only kitchen of the rooftop terrace restaurant and taking bottles from a refrigerator around 10:50 p.m. on Sept. 27, on the 55th floor of the tower, the report said.

Police arrested Montesinos shortly after 7:25 p.m. Saturday on the 34th floor of 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way. Officers said his leg tattoos were visible in the video.

Prosecutors filed two charges against him Sunday in Miami-Dade County: burglary of an unoccupied structure and grand theft of property valued at $750 or more but less than $5,000. A judge set his bond at $10,000 and ordered him to stay away from the restaurant. Circuit Judge Cristina Miranda is assigned to the case.

Montesinos is scheduled for arraignment Dec. 9 at 9 a.m.
